Government Contracting

Consultation

I do a few of these every week: one-hour Government Contracting/Proposal Writing 101 consultation. The consultation will check what you have done to ready yourself, give a list of things still to be done, then go into many areas of discussion about SLED (state, local and education), subcontracting, getting past performance for going to the federal level, sourcing, capabilities statement, and much, much more. The deliverables include a recording of the consultation, my sourcing database, the on-boarding documents/roadmap, links to essential information and more. I always put two hours on the clock in case 1. We go over, and 2. You want to ask follow-up questions in the following days.

Consultations are not limited to this very popular one. I help start-ups to conglomerates navigate the government contracting universe based on where they have been as a company and a contractor already and where they are going/want to go. After 30 years of success in government contracting there isn’t a question I can’t answer. Try me! https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/~0149d2a6385bec2a52?viewMode=1

Proposal Creation

And a few that were not awarded (debrief indicated because of company size, location or financial bid), but that I like:
